Community Cork
Terms of Service
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of Community Cork, including the Cork product experience for organizers, vendors, and community members.
Agreement
By accessing or using Community Cork, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The service
Community Cork helps people discover local events, apply as vendors, and manage organizer workflows. Features may change as we improve the product.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, or third-party issues may affect access.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Organizers may create or manage organizations on Cork. You represent that you have authority to act on behalf of any organization you manage.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (events, profiles, applications, and similar materials). You grant Community Cork a limited license to host, display, and operate the service with that content.
You must have the rights to any content you post and must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Paid features
Some organizer features require a paid plan or credit purchases processed through our payment provider. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described at checkout and on pricing pages.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as stated in our billing policies or required payment-provider rules.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Community Cork is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.
To the extent permitted by law, Community Cork and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or if required for security or legal reasons.
